Always remember to download the latest version from your Themeforest account. The Main Files includes these following files and folders:

Follow below instruction to install this theme.

  1. Log into your WordPress Admin area.
  2. Look down the left hand column for “Appearance” and then click on the button “Add new”.
  3. In the "Add new" page, click “Upload Theme” on top.
  4. In the "Upload" page, click “Browse” to browse for the theme installation file in (rxapps.zip). Click "Install Now".
  5. After installed successfully, click "Activate" to make the Applay active.

 

Update.

There are some ways to update theme:

  1. Enter your Envato username and API key to Appearance > Theme Options > Theme Update. Then you will have an update link when an update available
  2. Download new version on Themeforest and Update manually (Upload via FTP)
All posts and settings will be saved. This is data-safe method. You need to update applay's plugins manually

 

 

Alternatively, you can use regular way to import data. you can find in /Demo Import/ folder "rxapps.xml"

To install sample data, following these steps-

  1. Go to Tools > Import, then click on Wordpress.
  2. If it is not yet installed before, you have to install  "WordPress". Click "Install Now".
  3. After installed successfully, click on Activate Plugin & Run Importer
  4. Browse for "rxapps.xml" from "Demo Import" folder and click Upload File and Import.
  5. After uploaded, the confirmation page appears. Check the Download and import file attachments option and click Submit. If you have trouble with importing (it might be failed in the middle due to long execution time), try again with this option Unchecked!
  6. After uploaded, the confirmation page appears. Check the Download and import file attachments option and click Submit
  7. When you see message "All done. Have fun!", you will know that the import is done.
  8. Go to Settings > Reading, set Front page displays to A Static page. Choose Home Page page as Front page and Blog as Posts page
  9. Go to Appearance > Menus, choose Main Navigation menu as Primary Menu and Top Nav as Secondary Menu.
  10. Go to Option Tree > Settings > Import and paste content of Sample-Data/theme-options.txt into Theme Options text field, then click Import Theme Options button.
  11. OK, done!
  1. To config menu, go to Appearance > Menus

  2. Choose to Add new menu or Edit existing menu

  3. You could assign menu to menu locations when editing menu or in tab Manage Locations

  4. Remember to Save changes.

 

How to add menu link:

  1. Log into your WordPress Admin area.
  2. Go Appearance > Menus > Click "create new menu" 
  3. Write menu name and Click "Create Menu" button.
  4. Click "Custom Links" tab
Note:  Every section has different id to setup menu.

 

Before we move on you need to know how the menu works. We have used different id's for different sections in our theme. When you click on any menu link it will scroll down to that specific section. For example if you click on FEATURE link then it will scroll you down to the FEATURE section. That's because we used a id named #app-features and linked it the FEATURE link on menu.

Follow below instruction to setting contact form.

  1. Log into your WordPress Admin area.
  2. Go Contact  (Be sure, you installed all plugins what required in this theme.)
  3. Click "Add New" button from top.
  4. Write Title and paste below code in form. 
  5. Save
